Services Provided

We have 4 different insurance services available. Each type fills a different need, so let’s take a closer look!

1. Whole life insurance. Whole life insurance is a type of life insurance that will stay with you for the rest of your life. Once your policy is started, the premium will remain the same. Whole life allows you to borrow from your policy in a low interest loan, get a cash payout, and provide your family with a death payout after your death.
2. Term life insurance.  Term life insurance is an affordable life insurance option with low premiums and high death payout amounts. While you won’t be able to pull a loan from your policy, your family will be more than covered if you pass. Term life is designed to offer extra protection during a time when you have financial responsibilities that would burden your family if you passed. Things like car loans, college costs, and other high-ticket purchases that you make payments on would be able to be paid off by your family with the death payout from term life insurance.
3. Mortgage protection insurance. Mortgage protection insurance is a term insurance policy that is designed to specifically provide coverage to pay off an individuals or family’s mortgage. If the insured dies, becomes disabled, or suffers a Critical, Chronic or Terminal Illness such as a heart attack, stroke, cancer, etc. the policy will pay off the entire or a portion of the mortgage balance to protect equity, ownership, and possession of the home for remaining loved ones and or family.
4. Medicare. Medicare is a federally regulated health insurance program for those 65 and older. It consists of Part A, Part B, Part D. There are many different options available to Medicare beneficiaries in Utah. The first option is called a Medicare Supplement or Medigap. Medicare Supplements help cover the copays and deductibles in traditional medicare. They are great options for those who love to travel outside of Utah as they do not have a network that you have to use. The next option is Medicare Advantage. These are plans by private health insurance companies that have contracts with local providers. They often include additional benefits that traditional Medicare does not cover.
