Reece Packard is the Owner of You Matter Insurance & Financial Group and runs our Mountain West Division, servicing clients in Utah and Wyoming. After spending a few years in the industry, Reece felt that clients were being underserved and oversold. He wanted to bring a more balanced and educational approach to ensure each client receives the best plans and prices possible for their unique needs and situations. Reece grew up in Evanston, Wyoming, and graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2013 where he learned the value of honesty, hard work and continually educating himself on all aspects of his career. In his free time, Reece enjoys hiking, kayaking, skiing, and golfing with his wife Kristen and their dog Breck.
